We used to require a monthly plan on top and we removed it: we have read six real settlement agreements and five of them place no continuing monitoring obligation on the defendant at all, so for most people it was a subscription their own agreement gave them no use for. If yours does require ongoing monitoring — some consent decrees run 18 to 36 months — that is a separate service, arranged directly, and we will tell you honestly if what your agreement demands is something we cannot deliver.
