WHO YOUR SITE IS TURNING AWAY RIGHT NOW

Four people tried your site today. None of them could use it.

1 in 4US adults lives with a disability.

These are not edge cases — they are 26% of your potential customers.

Blind — screen reader user

Your button says nothing. He hears silence.

James navigates with a screen reader that reads every element aloud. Your "Add to Cart" button is an icon with no label. His software announces "button" and stops. He tabs past it, can't buy, and moves on to a site that works.

WCAG 4.1.2

Fix47 gives every button, link, and form field a clear accessible name.

Motor impaired — keyboard only

Your menu traps him. He can't get out.

David has a hand tremor and can't use a mouse. He tabs through pages with his keyboard. Your navigation menu opens on hover and has no keyboard exit path. He's stuck in a submenu loop with no visible focus indicator. He closes the tab.

WCAG 2.1.1 & 2.4.7

Fix47 repairs keyboard navigation and adds visible focus outlines across your entire site.

Low vision — contrast failure

Your text is a blur. She gives up.

Maria has reduced vision. Your price tags and call-to-action text use a light grey on white — a contrast ratio of 2.1:1. WCAG requires 4.5:1 minimum. To her, it's unreadable. She squints, gives up, and assumes you've got something to hide.

WCAG 1.4.3

Fix47 recolors every low-contrast text element to meet the 4.5:1 legal minimum.

Deaf — no captions

Your video has no captions. She's excluded.

Sarah is deaf. You embedded a product demo video with no captions and no transcript. She watches two seconds of silent gesturing and moves on. Your entire video marketing investment is invisible to her — and every deaf visitor after her.

WCAG 1.2.2

Fix47 flags every uncaptioned video and documents the WCAG 1.2.2 failure in your audit report.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY FIND IT

The part nobody warns you about

When they can’t use your site, they don’t leave.
They call a lawyer.

There’s an industry of attorneys filing thousands of ADA web-accessibility cases a year. They run automated scanners — the same kind that just checked your site — to find these exact failures.

When they find them, the first contact is the demand letter — sent without warning. No courtesy call. No 30-day notice.

$25,000–$50,000

The failures are already public. Your site is already scannable. The only question is who runs the scan next — us, or them.

Pinsilike e-commerce homepage after WCAG remediation by Fix47 — improved color contrast, accessible form labels, keyboard-focus indicators, ARIA landmarks

Live site after Fix47 remediation, April 2026.

What we fixed

73 WCAG violations resolved at the code level — color contrast, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, alt text, and focus indicators. Re-scanned after delivery: the score held at 100/100 — zero violations.

Stack: WordPress + Elementor. Verified with axe-core — publicly checkable at pinsilike.com.

100 is the maximum automated-scan score — zero WCAG violations on the same checks every other site fails. It isn't a guarantee of perfect accessibility, and it isn't permanent: sites drift as content and plugins change, which is exactly why every Membership includes ongoing monitoring. Verified live, June 2026.

FAQ

The questions your lawyer would ask

I've never heard of Fix47. Why should I trust you with my site?

Fair question. We're a UK-registered development practice with 6+ years of hands-on WCAG remediation. Every membership comes with our 3-part service guarantee: we fix the violations we identify or refund your setup fee; you can cancel anytime in one click; and while your membership is active we fix any new violations free. It's a service commitment — not legal defense, insurance, or protection against lawsuits. The Pinsilike case study on this page shows the before/after — same scrutiny applied to your site.

Do you guarantee I won't get sued after you fix my site?

No — and any service that promises that is lying to you. (The FTC fined an overlay company $1 million in 2025 for exactly that kind of claim.) What we do commit to: every automated and manual violation we identify will be resolved and re-verified before delivery. You'll have a dated, axe-core-verified report showing the before and after — documentation of the work done and the issues fixed.

How long does it take?

We deliver your full remediation within 5 business days from access confirmation. Most clients see all critical WCAG violations resolved in the first pass.

Why not just install an accessibility overlay tool?

Overlay tools don't fix anything. They apply JavaScript on top of your site — they do not modify your code. In 2025, the FTC fined an overlay company $1 million for claiming its tool automatically made sites ADA-compliant. Fix47 rewrites the code.

Why $750 setup if your standard rate is $3,500?

No catch — the service is identical. We need a few more documented case studies at the level of Pinsilike (78→100/100) to charge the full $3,500. Founding members get the same work, same guarantees, at the founding rate.

What if my site is on WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify?

Doesn't matter. We work directly on your site's code — no plugin required. If it runs on a browser, we can fix it.

Will fixing my site break it or slow it down?

No. We work carefully on your real code and test every change before delivery — your design, content, and speed stay intact. Remediation adds accessibility; it doesn't redesign your site.

What if you can't fix everything?

We resolve and re-verify every automated and manual violation we identify, and you get a dated before/after report of exactly what was fixed. Edge cases that need ongoing attention are covered by the monthly membership — we're transparent about what's done and what's monitored.

Why $149/month — what am I paying for?

Your site changes — new pages, plugins, and content reopen accessibility issues. Each month we re-scan, fix new violations we find, and send you a dated evidence report. It's continuous coverage, not a one-time snapshot. Cancel anytime.

I've already received a demand letter — can you help?

Yes. We prioritize your remediation and produce a dated, axe-core-verified report documenting the work and timeline. Fix47 is not a law firm and doesn't provide legal advice — for the letter itself, consult your attorney. We handle the technical fix and the documentation.

Is the free scan really free?

Yes — no email, no card, no commitment. It runs a real WCAG scan on your actual site and shows your real score in about 60 seconds. If your site's already clean, we'll tell you and you keep your money.
